I'm accountable for core IT operations for the School. These include end user support, audiovisual services, systems support, classroom technology support, and computer account administration.

My team also provides a variety of other instructional and technology-based services. Some of these are software development, including support of the School's web site, as well as course development, videoconferencing, and video production.

I provide IT leadership and strategic planning for the School. I work with colleagues within SPH, in other schools and units, and in the central ITS group, to improve the quality of IT scross campus.
