Technical Support for Viewing Webcasts


Test Webcast Embedded Window:

If you can see the "Brought To You By" Message in the embedded window below, you should be all set to view your webcast.

If you cannot see the "Brought To You By" Message in the embedded window above, try this webcast link.
All webcasts can be viewed through either an embedded window or a clickable link. If the "Brought To You By" Message plays for you from the link, you should be all set to view your webcast.

Not Working?

If you cannot see "Brought To You By" Message in the embedded window AND cannot get the webcast link to work, try the trouble-shooting steps below.

Return to this page after completing each step to test out your ability to view the "Brought To You By" Message.


Trouble-shooting:

Step 1: Is Your Browser Supported?

Your browser must be Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or higher, Netscape Navigator version 4 or higher, or Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5 or higher.

If you do not have a supported browser, please download and install one of the browsers below. Our recommended browser is Mozilla Firefox.

If your browser is a supported browser and you are still having trouble, please go to Step 2.


Step 2: Download and Install RealPlayer

You must have Real Media's RealPlayer plugin to view webcasts.

Download RealPlayer

If you have completed step 2 and are still experiencing problems, continue with step 3.


Step 3: Network Issues

If you still can not view the webcast, you may have problems with your network. Please contact your systems administrator and work through the following questions:

  • Do you have a security device such as a firewall or proxy? Either of these may prevent you from viewing streaming video or audio content. Only your local systems administrator can make changes to these devices.

  • Are you using a personal firewall or DSL/Broadband router? If so, you may also have problems viewing streaming content. If you experience connection problems and are using either of these, you should disable them or remove them for the duration of the webcast.

If you did not find problems after working through Step 3, continue with Step 4.

Step 4: RealPlayer Support

There may be problems with the settings, version, or operations of your RealPlayer plugin. Please click on the following link to open a support page window.
