Audio / visual servicesThe School's AV Services unit assists faculty, staff and students by managing & maintaining classroom technology in Rosenau, McGavran-Greenberg Halls, and the Michael Hooker Research Center. AV Services also allows faculty, staff, and students to check out portable equipment from its office located in Rosenau Room 233. AV Reservation FormThe on-line tool to request & schedule available equipment from the AV Services office. The tool also provides a listing to view AV services equipment pool, with descriptions and instructional guides. You must have an ONYEN to access the form. To begin, select the "SUBMIT A NEW REQUEST" link in the right corner of the page. NOTE: Equipment Check-in/out hours are currently 9 AM - 3 PM. Classroom TechnologyDescriptions of media equipment located in classroom & conference room facilities managed by the Gillings School of Global Public Health. Please note that the list does NOT include rooms managed by individual departments within the school. |
