MS**       
Part I *     Closed-book in-class Exam for 6 hours. Thursday, August 7, 2008, 9:00AM to 3:00PM. Room TBA.

Registration required. Only registered students will be allowed to take the exam. 

Note:
1. A single distribution sheet will be provided for MS Part I exam.

2. For MS Part I exam, students can bring ONE 8"*11" sheet of paper ("study guide") with HAND-WRITTEN notes in Blue Ink on only ONE SIDE . These specifications of the study guide will be strictly enforced. The study guide not satisfying these specifications will not be allowed in the exam room.

Part II*     Open-book in-class Exam for 6 hours. Monday, August 11, 2008, 9:00AM to 3:00PM. Room TBA.

Registration required. Only registered students will be allowed to take the exam. 

Note: You may only bring a few text and reference BOOKS to the MS Part II exam. No other materials are permitted.

MPH***
1  day take home exam. Pick up from Melissa Hobgood Thursday, April 3, 2008, 3:00PM. Return to Melissa Hobgood Friday, April 4, 2008, 3:00PM.

Registration required. Only registered students will be allowed to take the exam.

PhD**
Part I         Closed-book in-class Exam for 5 hours. Friday, August 8, 2008, 9:00AM to 2:15PM (15 min break at noon). Room TBA.

Registration required. Only registered students will be allowed to take the exam.

Part II         Take-home Exam for 4 days. Wednesday, August 13, 2008, 10:00AM through Sunday, August 17, 2008, 10:00AM.

Registration required. Only registered students will be allowed to take the exam.

DrPh**
Take-home Exam for 6 days. Wednesday, August 13, 2008, 10:00AM through Tuesday, August 19, 2008, 10:00AM.              

Registration required. Only registered students will be allowed to take the exam.

* Note: Registration for MS and Doctoral exams must be sent to Melissa Hobgood by 4:00 PM on July 25, 2008.

** Note: Registration for MPH exam must be sent to Melissa Hobgood before March 25, 2008.
