The UNC Clinical Nutrition Research Center (CNRC) is one of
only twelve centers in the country funded by the National Institutes for
Health (NIH) that is specifically designed to support research in human
clinical nutrition. The Center, housed in the School of Public Health and
the School of Medicine, works to combine basic nutrition research, human clinical trials,
community-based interventions and the studies of populations, in an effort to
answer questions about how the foods we eat affect our bodies. |
