Informing Scientists and the Public About it
The Administrative and Biostatistics Core provides oversight
for all the Center’s activities as well as biostatistical expertise and support.
CORE B - NUTRITION EPIDEMIOLOGY
Discovering Diet and Disease
Relationships in Populations
The Nutrition
Epidemiology Core
provides advice in the design and analysis of epidemiologic studies focused on
nutrition, physical activity and body composition.
CORE C - MOLECULAR BIOLOGY AND NUTRITIONAL BIOCHEMISTRY
Discovering Molecular
Mechanisms
The
Molecular Biology & Nutritional Biochemistry Core encourages and facilitates application of molecular biology
and biochemistry tools in nutritional research.
CORE D - NUTRITION BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION (CHAI)
The Nutrition
Behavioral Intervention (CHAI) Core provides service to
research projects that are developing interventions aimed at promoting health
and disease prevention. The Core has a strong commitment to providing services
to investigators seeking or developing peer-reviewed funded projects relevant
to health promotion and disease control.
CORE E - ANIMAL METABOLISM AND PHENOTYPING
Discovering How Animal
Body Composition and Energy Balance Influence Health
The Animal
Metabolism and Phenotyping Core provides the tools necessary
for animal body composition and energy balance studies.
