Registration Policies Print

Participation is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register as soon as possible.

Payment

Registration fees vary from program to program. Please check the information page for the program you are interested in for fees.

Payment for registration fees can be made by agency check, personal check, money order, Master Card or Visa. Checks should be made out to NCIPH or North Carolina Institute for Public Health.

Confirmation

You will receive written confirmation of your registration. If you have not received a letter two weeks before the program date, please call 919-966-4032 to check on the status of your registration.

Cancellation

If you find that you are unable to attend, please call 919-966-4032 to cancel. You will receive a full refund if you cancel one week or more before the program. Substitutions from the same agency are allowed at any time with prior notification of the registrar at oce@unc.edu or 919-966-4032.
