- All equipment is reserved on a first come, first
served basis. Advanced reservations are strongly recommended to ensure
equipment availability. To better serve the School of Public Health,
all equipment must be returned by the specified time. If you find that
you need to keep an item longer than anticipated, please notify our
office as soon as possible. If items are available, we will attempt to
accommodate your request. Check-out equipment should not exceed a 1
week period.
- All equipment must be picked up or returned between
the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. It is not acceptable to leave
equipment outside of the office door.
- Reserve equipment only for the actual scheduled
hours of your class or meeting. (i.e., If you have a room reserved from
9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, do not request equipment to be placed in the room

equipment well in advance of your class or meeting time, please reserve the room earlier through the Office of Student Affairs.

use or when not being used for periods of a half-hour or more. You are
responsible for communicating this rule to guest lecturers or students
in your class who may use the equipment.
- No unauthorized software will be allowed on SPH A/V
