The Department of Biostatistics collaborates on research with many of the >80 faculty members of the UNC School of Pharmacy and with many of the >50 faculty members in the Department of Pharmacology in the UNC School of Medicine. The School of Pharmacy comprises four Divisions: Pharmacotherapy, Drug Delivery and Disposition, Medicinal Chemistry and Natural Products, and Pharmaceutical Policy and Evaluation Sciences. Collaboration is primarily through UNC's General Clinical Research Center (GCRC) and through the Biostatistics Core of the UNC Center for AIDS Research.
