It’s been 10 years since I last took the GRE or GMAT. Is that okay? Don't see an answer to your question?  For whom is the Doctoral Program in Health Leadership program designed? The program is designed for working healthcare professionals in the U.S. or abroad with the potential and ambition to become senior leaders and who are committed to improving the public's health. We accept up to 12 students per year. back to top  Must I have a degree in public health in order to apply? No. A degree in public health is not required. Must I have some experience in healthcare in order to apply? Yes. You must have at least several years of experience in the health field, some of which must be in a management or leadership position. Where are the classes taught? All of the classes are taught via distance learning one evening a week. back to top Are any visits to Chapel Hill required? Yes. Students visit in August, January and May for 3-4 days each. What kind of Internet connection must I have in order to participate? You must have a high-speed DSL or cable connection. Dial-up connections do not work with our technology. Is a dissertation required in the DrPH program? Yes. Students begin planning their dissertation in the first year of their studies and spend most of the third year completing it. back to top It’s been 10 years since I last took the GRE or GMAT.
