CCQTP Stipend and Support Print

 

NOTE:  Stipend and support levels have not been officially set. The figures are tentative.

Pre-doctoral trainees are eligible for salaries of up to $22,000 per year for full-time effort plus fringe benefits commensurate with the institution's full-time salary scale for persons of equivalent qualifications, experience and rank.

Pre-doctoral trainees are also eligible for support of up to $20,000 for the following types of expenses:

  1. Research expenses, such as supplies, equipment, and technical personnel;
  2. Tuition and fees related to career development;
  3. Travel to research meetings or training; and
  4. Statistical services including personnel and computer time.
These costs must be specifically documented for each individual candidate and must be specifically and directly related to the candidate’s education and research career development activities.

Post-doctoral trainees are eligible for salaries of up to $75,000 per year for full-time effort plus fringe benefits commensurate with the institution's full-time salary scale for persons of equivalent qualifications, experience and rank.

Post-doctoral trainees are also eligible for support of up to $30,000 for the following types of expenses:

  1.  Research expenses, such as supplies, equipment, and technical personnel;
  2. Tuition and fees related to career development;
  3. Travel to research meetings or training; and
  4. Statistical services including personnel and computer time.
These costs must be specifically documented for each individual candidate and must be specifically and directly related to the candidate’s education and research career development activities.
