The UNC SPH Department of Epidemiology welcomes prospective students who wish to visit the Department and meet with faculty members that share their area(s) of interest. This provides a unique way to gain valuable information about the many opportunities our Department has to offer. Please use the following form to complete information for your visit to the Department of Epidemiology .
Please note:
  1. Please give a minimum of three weeks notice to allow adequate time for faculty responses.
  2. Appointments are not scheduled for holidays or weekends.
