The University’s Office of Human Resources offers a variety of professional development programs suitable for employees at any stage in their careers. For example, those needing clerical skills might enroll in the Basic Clerical Skills program, while managers and supervisors can increase their leadership skills in the University Management Development Program. The University also has several programs to help employees and their families who are pursuing college coursework.
