Making it Different This Year

We are beginning this year's festivities early to enable our guests to watch the Carolina Football game with Virginia Tech, which will be broadcast the same evening from Blacksburg by ESPN.  We'll be finished in time to catch the halftime show.  Check this Web site at a later date for group viewing opportunities.

Parking

Parking is provided for the World of Difference dinner in the McCauley Deck located beneath the FedEx Global Education Center off Pharmacy Lane near the intersection of McCauley and Pittsboro Streets.

Driving Directions

On I-85 North and I-40 East from Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro and points West:
From I-40 East, exit onto 86 South toward Chapel Hill (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd./Airport Road/Columbia Street.) Travel 4.5 miles, and turn right on Cameron Avenue at The Carolina Inn. Turn left at the light onto Pittsboro Street. Turn left at the next light onto McCauley Street and then immediately turn right onto Pharmacy Lane and the into the entrance of the below ground parking lot of the FedEx
Global Education Center.

On I-85 South from Virginia, Durham and points North:
Exit at 15-501 South toward Chapel Hill. Travel 10 miles and bear right onto Franklin Street. Travel 2.8 miles and turn left on Columbia Street (86 South), then right on Cameron Avenue at The Carolina Inn. Turn left at the light onto Pittsboro Street. Turn left at the next light onto McCauley Street and then immediately turn right onto Pharmacy Lane and the into the entrance of the below ground parking lot of the FedEx Global Education Center.

On I-40 West, from Raleigh, RDU Airport and points East:
Exit onto 54 West at exit 273-A toward Chapel Hill. Follow Raleigh Road/South Road for 4 miles up through campus, past the Bell Tower on the left. Pass through the light at Columbia Street. South Road becomes McCauley Street. Turn left BEFORE the next light onto Pharmacy Lane and then immediately right into the entrance of the below ground parking lot of the FedEx Global Education Center.

On 15-501 North from Sanford, Pittsboro and points South:
Cross 15-501 By-Pass via the James Taylor Bridge as you enter Chapel Hill onto 86 North (South Columbia Street.) Travel 1 mile and pass the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health on your left. Then turn left at the light onto McCauley Street, (named South Road on the right,) and left again onto Pharmacy Lane, just BEFORE the next light, and then immediately right into the entrance of the below ground parking lot of the FedEx Global Education Center.
