Faculty, staff and students in the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health work in over 50 different countries worldwide, conducting research in nutrition, HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention, malaria, TB, water and sanitation, land use, healthcare policy, health disparities, family planning, child health, infant feeding, obesity, and domestic violence among many other topics. The map below indicates many of the countries where we work. The country pages highlight some of the projects and relationships faculty have had with organizations within these countries.
