The Department encourages prospective students to visit before deciding whether to attend our master's or doctoral programs in health behavior and health education. To arrange your visit, contact Linda Cook in the Student Services Office at lwcook@email.unc.edu or at (919) 966-5771.

Applicant Information Days (October 22, 2007 and March 31, 2008): These are the best days to visit because the entire day is planned to make the most of your time here - learning about the Department, visiting with faculty, staff, and students, touring the campus, etc. To register, contact Linda Cook (see above).

Faculty on-call schedule for visitors: If you cannot arrange your visit on one of the Applicant Information Days, there are two faculty members on call almost every week to meet with prospective students. View the schedule, choose a week that is most convenient for you, and contact Linda Cook (see above) at least two weeks in advance of your anticipated arrival to coordinate your visit.
