How do I request AV equipment?You can request Audio Visual equipment for use at the School by completing this electronic request.
How do I reserve a classroom?You can reserve a classroom at the School by going to the classroom reservation site.
Passwords, Accounts, Storage and Print Services
How do I reset my password?If you need to reset your Onyen password, go to http://onyen.unc.edu and select Manage Password. If your Onyen has expired or you have forgotten your password, see the information at this link for more information on how and where to get your password reset. You can also find out how to subscribe to the Challenge-Response service so you can reset your password from anywhere! If you need to reset a School password, call 962-4357 or submit this request for assistance.
How do I request an account ?To request an account on campus systems managed by ITS, or to subscribe to services on those systems, use the "Create an Onyen" buttons on the Onyen Services ( http://onyen.unc.edu ) site. To request an account on the School's shared file and print services (H: or M: drive), submit this request for assistance.
How do I request shared file storage at the School?To request access to, or changes to, shared storage on the School's network (H: or M: drive), submit a request for assistance at this link.
