Application Deadlines
- The deadline for early admission applications is December 1st. Notification date is February 15.
Students
wishing to compete for fellowships from the Graduate School should apply by
this date.
- The deadline for regular admission applications is January 10th. Notification date is March 1st.
- The deadline for space-available applications is March 1st. Notification date is April 1st.
NOTE: Your application must be complete and include all required materials. Applications will be available in July.
Master's Programs
Admission Requirements
Before applying, please see the
program descriptions for MHA, MSPH, and MPH degrees to ensure your eligibility
for your program of choice. If you have questions, contact HPM Student
Services.
Minimum requirements necessary for application to Residential
Master's Programs:
- An undergraduate degree with a Grade Point
Average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher (4.0 grading scale)
- GRE or GMAT scores in the top 50th percentile are
required. Scores must not be more than five years old. Students applying to the MPH program who
have obtained a doctoral degree from a U.S. or Canadian university are
exempted from the GRE/GMAT requirement. Relevant work experience is
considered in the admissions process.
- Applicants are advised to prepare in microeconomics,
accounting and statistics.
- International applicants are required to submit a
Financial Certificate.
- Applicants to the MPH Program are required to have a
doctoral degree or be enrolled in a doctoral program (most commonly
dentistry, law, and medicine).
Required Application Materials

Applications for the next academic year available in July. A current email address is a required
field on the application since all correspondence is conducted by email.
- Nonrefundable application fee
- GRE or GMAT scores (no more than 5 years old)

Applicants with a
doctoral-level degree from a US or Canadian university are exempt.

Two copies of all transcripts from all
postsecondary institutions (including community or junior colleges, summer
sessions, and extension programs). One
copy is sent to the Graduate School and one is sent to the HPM office (see
mailing addresses below).

Three letters of recommendation. It is
suggested that applicants have a mix of academic and work-related references.

Dual Degrees Applicants
Students must apply separately and be accepted by both programs of interest in order to
pursue the dual degree.

Internship Fee - $450.00
Professional Training I Fee - $550.00
Professional Training II and III Fees - $500.00 each
