Videoconferencing Rates

RATE 1:  Single Technology Fee and Room Use $250 per hour -Satellite Downlinking or -IP Videoconferencing for maximum 15 sites/endpoints (H.323) -Bridging more than 15 sites add RATE 3 RATE 2:  Multiple Technology Fee and Room Use $275 per hour -Satellite Downlinking and/or -IP Videoconferencing for maximum 15 sites/endpoints (H.323) and/or -Connection of additional networks or H.320 transmissions -Bridging more than 15 sites add RATE 3 RATE 3:  Bridging IP Videoconferencing sites with no Room Use $35 per hour per site -Maximum 7 sites -If using IMS Portable Videoconferencing Cart add $30 set up fee *Please note that IMS is not responsible for charges from outside facilities or sites.
