Webcasting Print

Webcasting (also referred to as web streaming) sends live or prerecorded audio or video over the internet. Because webcasting 'streams' information, users can start viewing or listening to the beginning of the webcast while the remainder of the file is downloading. This allows users with slower internet connections to access powerful multimedia presentations without having to wait for the file to completely download. We provide both live and on-demand webcasting services that can accommodate up to 800 simultaneous users.  Here are some examples of School of Public Health webcasts.

For more information about this service, please contact the Online Instruction Group Manager.
