Field Epidemiology Certificate: Cost

North Carolina students pay in-state tuition of $288 per credit hour. For out-of-state students, tuition is $578 per credit hour. (All applicants who claim to be North Carolina legal residents for tuition purposes must file a Residency Status Form with their application.) If you have lived in the state of North Carolina for three years or longer by the first day of classes of the term for which you are applying, complete the Short Residency Form. If additional information is needed, we will notify you by mail. If you have lived in the state of North Carolina fewer than three years by the first day of classes of the term for which you are applying, complete the Long Residency Form. There is an additional registration fee of $32.00 per semester in addition to tuition for the fall and spring semesters and $2.94 per credit hour for the summer semester.
