| State of Practice Single Day Workshop: Food Protection |

As a result of attending this one-day workshop, you will be able to understand transitional permits, tankless water heaters, and shellfish sanitation program related issues. Successful methods of communicating during the inspection will also be discussed. Finally, this course will highlight upcoming rule changes and provide an overview and discussion concerning Food Code adoption in NC. This workshop will be especially useful for Environmental Health Specialists currently involved in their local food protection programs.
Participants who successfully complete this State of Practice Committee workshop are expected to receive between 5.5 and 6 hours of continuing education credit. Participants must successfully complete 80% of the course to receive credit for any of the workshop.
