The Clinical Concierge provides assistance to (a) investigators with little or no clinical research experience and (b) for studies that may or may not have funding or a protocol in place.

Services

Guidance on Developing a New Clinical or Translational Research Study

Assistance with developing a study design or review of proposed study design

Help identifying qualified clinical collaborators and research resources

Assistance preparing IRB and other regulatory documents

Guidance on Launching a New Clinical or Translational Research Study

Navigation through IRB approval process

Training on accessing and using the Clinical and Translational Research Center (if applicable)

Assistance with development of study-related materials (consent forms, recruitment materials, case report forms, etc)

Help with preparation of regulatory documents (i.e., safety monitoring plan and interim reports)

Assistance with writing the human subjects section of grant applications

Assistance with an Approved or In-Progress Clinical or Translational Research Study

Help problem solving current issues such as subject recruitment strategies, compliance, and data safety monitoring
