MPH in Occupational Health Nursing

As part of the Public Health Leadership Program, this Master of Public Health degree program with concentration in Occupational Health Nursing is accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission, Inc.(NLNAC), 3343 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30326; 404-975-5000.

The curriculum of study includes:

Public Health Science courses: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Policy and Leadership, Health Behavior and Health Education, and Environmental Science
Occupational Health Sciences: Industrial Hygiene, Toxicology, Occupational Safety/Ergonomics, and Interdisciplinary Approaches to Occupational Health
Occupational Health Nursing courses
Practicum
Master's Paper

Residential Program:

Full-time or part-time study
May be completed in 16 months (full-time)

Admissions:

To begin the application process, you will need to create a MyUNC account. You can easily create one here. After you have created an account, you can begin the application by logging into the Graduate School Online Application. A current email address is a required field on the application, since all correspondence is conducted by email.
