Dr. Timothy Oh, a student in the Public Health Leadership Program, recently spearheaded an effort to increase access to oral healthcare in rural Eastern Maine.  The newly founded non-profit, Caring Hands of Maine, helped facilitate a NYU College of Dentistry Outreach project in Machias, ME that treated over 280 people in its first two days. A generous grant from Northeast Delta Dental has ensured that this project will continue for at least the next 2 years, with return visits and repeat clinics every 6 months.
