Driving directions from I-40 West

• Travel I-40 W from Raleigh-Durham Airport or Research Triangle Park to Chapel Hill.
• Take exit 273A to 54 W toward Chapel Hill. Highway 54 becomes Raleigh Road; continue on Raleigh Road onto the UNC-Chapel Hill campus. At the intersection of Raleigh Road and Country Club Road, Raleigh Road becomes South Road.  Continue straight through the middle of campus; the road name will change again to McCauley Street at Columbia Street. 
• Turn left onto Pittsboro Street.
• Follow the left curve in the road and cross straight through the Columbia street intersection onto Manning Drive.
• Follow the signs to the Dogwood Parking Deck, two blocks on your right.

Driving directions from I-40 East

• Travel I-40 E from Greensboro, Burlington or Hillsborough toward Chapel Hill.
• Take exit 266, and go right at the fork to merge onto Highway NC-86.
  
• Go about 4 miles, then turn right onto Cameron Avenue.
  
• Take the next left onto Pittsboro Street.
• Follow the left curve in the road and cross straight through the Columbia street intersection onto Manning Drive.
• Follow the signs to the Dogwood Parking Deck, two blocks on your right.

Driving directions from I-85 South

• From I-85 S in Durham, stay left to take exit 174B onto 15-501 South toward Chapel Hill. You will cross over I-40 as you enter Chapel Hill, and will be on 15-501 for a total of approximately 15 minutes.
• Turn right onto Manning Drive and follow it through south campus.
• Just past the hospital, take a right onto Columbia Street. At this point, the buildings directly on your left are the Gillings School of Global Public Health.
• Columbia is a one-way street, so move to the left lane and take a left onto McCauley Street.
• Take the next left at the light onto Pittsboro Street.
• Follow the left curve in the road and cross straight through the Columbia street intersection onto Manning Drive.
• Follow the signs to the Dogwood Parking Deck, two blocks on your right.

Walking directions from the Dogwood Parking Deck to the School

• Exit the Dogwood Deck onto Manning Drive.
• Cross, and turn left to walk down Manning Drive.
• Walk to the intersection of Manning Drive and Columbia Street.
• Turn right onto Columbia Street, and walk to the pedestrian crossing at the first traffic light.
• Cross Columbia Street.
• Turn left and follow the walkway down Columbia Street to the front entrance of the Michael Hooker Research Center or go straight to enter Rosenau Hall.
