Career Services at the
University
of
North Carolina’s
School of
Public Health
can assist employers with their recruiting needs in a variety of ways:
eRecruiting Employment Database – The UNC School of Public Health is pleased to offer a new system to
help you connect with students and graduates for your employment,
fellowship, and awards opportunities. This tool will allow you to post jobs and/or internships, search resume
books, review and accept applicants, view a calendar of your events,
communicate with candidates and keep in touch with our office. Click on the link to get started.
Internship & Career Fair – This annual event attracts
over 40 employing organizations to showcase their opportunities to UNC graduate
and undergraduate students from Public Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, Social Work
and other schools. Click on the link for
information about this year’s event.
On-Campus Recruiting – We will be happy to arrange accommodations
for you to interview students on site in
Chapel Hill.
This service includes advertising your
opportunity, resume collection, interview scheduling, and your interview space.
Information Sessions – Conduct an informational session
about your organization and opportunities at the
School of
Public Health. Simply contact us to arrange the details.
Resume Referral – Can’t make it to campus? We can advertise your opportunity, collect
resumes and ship them to you for off-campus consideration. Log in to eRecruiting, post your job, and request to receive online applications.
Career Volunteering – Offer support to students as they work
through the career and job search process by participating in workshops and
events sponsored through Career Services. Volunteer opportunities may include serving on career panels, participating
in our “Resume Rescue” critiquing or mock interview events, or offering
workshops on job search skills. Contact
us to get involved!
