How to apply for financial aid

To qualify for many University funding sources, all students (including distance education students) must apply for financial aid via the university's Office of Scholarships and Student Aid (OSSA).  Regardless of your financial need, it may be worthwhile to apply for financial aid to ensure that you are eligible for as many opportunities as possible.  Even merit-related aid distributed via OSSA requires you to submit a FAFSA form.  Be sure to check with your department for additional financial forms that may be required for specific aid sources.
