Don't miss Student Information Day 2008-2009! This popular event will be publicized near the beginning of Fall Semester 2008.
For SPH Students
Student Information Day gives you a convenient place to
learn more about volunteer opportunities for SPH students.
Representatives from
organizations, associations and other groups that rely on students will
be
available to talk with you one-on-one and hand out materials.
Participating in
any one of these organizations could be an excellent way to make an
impact on
the School and the community, to build networks, and to apply what you
are
learning at SPH. In addition, various Offices and programs throughout
the School will be available talk about certificates programs and other
educational and service opportunities.
All SPH students are welcome to stop by at any time during
this event. See someone at the Office of Student Affairs table during this
event for a map of participating organizations and offices.
For Student-related Organizations and Other Participants
If you are an organization wanting to involve new colleagues
who may bring fresh ideas and experiences to your mission, mark your calendars
for this event. All SPH student organizations and other organizations open to
SPH students are encouraged to participate. Even if your organization limits
student membership, take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your events
and experiences.
If you would like your organization to participate in the next event, please email Career Services at sph-career@unc.edu. Other SPH offices and programs are also invited to participate.
